Since 1994 the Griffith International Hostel's major role was going to be a working hostel, mainly for oversea's visitors (backpackers) and introduce them to work and provide farmers with a helping hand, as the area lack suffered harvest labour shortages.

Our friendly staff can advise and assist you to find seasonal work in the area. Our large support team consists of local council, businesses, farmers and the community. Let us not forget our unique team of staff who endeavour to make your stay as fun and memorable as possible.

We also have direct access with the local employment agencies and training groups, who provide RSA and RCG, learn to drive courses and many more. We also liaise with local education services such as Summit Training and Technology.
